How do I make a purchase on your Web site?
Making a purchase is convenient, safe and secure. You can log in and create a profile that will be stored under your own personal password that we do not have access to, or simply click ‘add to cart’ and proceed to checkout. If you experience any problems you can contact us at email@example.com. Here at Wild Tea Qi, we hold your privacy to the highest standards. All collected information is protected against unauthorized access or release. We do not sell, rent or loan any personal information to any third party.
What shipping methods do you use?
UPS is our preferred shipper for all domestic orders. UPS offers many value-added services, such as tracking and insurance, which are convenient for our customers. All orders with origin to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). If you are unable to receive UPS deliveries, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate a special delivery via USPS.
Do you ship internationally?
We process many international orders on a weekly basis with great success. Our transit time and delivery efficiency set us apart from other tea companies that ship internationally. We use TNT Express to ship our international orders direct from China. Priority Mail (transit time of 6-10 days). Please note: Customs may delay transit time upon arrival to destination country. International orders are shipped within one business day to ensure a timely delivery.
If you are having trouble with the shopping cart order please send an e-mail to email@example.com. Please send the exact items you are interested in and your shipping address and we can calculate a total for you. Once we have an exact total you can call or fax in your billing information. Please do not send your credit card information via e-mail.
Can you ship to an APO address?
All orders going to an APO address will ship by United States Postal Service (USPS). Please contact us directly for these orders at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When can I expect to receive my order? How do I track my order?
When choosing UPS Ground, you can expect your order within 5-7 business days. All UPS Ground orders will ship within two business days, plus one or two business days for processing. We strive to ship orders on the same day received but please keep in mind that our UPS pickup is 4:00 p.m. CT. All orders that are shipping by UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select must be received by 2:00 p.m. in order to leave on the same day the order is placed. If not, they will promptly ship by the next business day.
Orders shipped via UPS can be tracked on our Web site using the six-digit order ID# located on your e-mail confirmation receipt. USPS orders will be picked up the following day or the next of receipt. Orders shipped internationally via USPS can only be tracked up to the arrival into the country of origin.
Orders shipped via the TNT Express website www.tnt.com can be tracked using the order ID# located on your email confirmation receipt.
I am having trouble tracking/receiving my order. What should I do?
If you are having trouble tracking or receiving your order, we will be happy to contact UPS for you. Please e-mail us email@example.com with your order ID# and we will provide you with the status of your order or contact UPS to resolve any shipping issues.
My order arrived damaged or incomplete. What should I do?
We work very hard to make sure that orders are filled correctly and completely and that they are packaged well to prevent breakage. If you experience any problem with your order, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the problem. We will happily rectify any problems immediately.
What is Wild Tea Qi’s return policy?
We believe you will be very happy with our tea and our teaware, but if anything is not as you expected it to be, we will accept any returned items within 30 days of your purchase. Please e-mail us at email@example.com to obtain our return shipping address and a return authorization number.
HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
Creating an account with us is easy. Simply click the ‘My Account’ link in the far top right of the website. Next enter your email in the ‘New Customers’ section and click ‘Submit’. Then fill in your details, choose a password and delivery address and click ‘Create Account’
WHAT DO I DO IF I’VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?
If you have forgotten your password then we can easily create a new one for you. On the ‘My Account’ page you will see a link ‘Forgotten your password since your last visit?’. Click on this link and enter your email address. Your new password and instructions on how to recreate your password will be emailed to you. If you do not receive this email straight away, please check your junk email folder.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE DETAILS OF MY ONLINE ACCOUNT?
If any of your details have changed since you last used our site, login to your account and navigate to the ‘Personal Details’ section. Update your details there and click ‘Save’. In the ‘Personal Details’ section you can amend your password, email and contact information.
HOW DO I ADD A NEW DELIVERY OR BILLING ADDRESS?
To add delivery or billing addresses, login to your account and navigate to the ‘Address Management’ section. Complete the New Address form and click ‘Add New Address’. Our five step checkout process includes two sections where you can select the correct addresses for each order you place. Billing address changes can be made in ‘2. Customer Details’ and Delivery address changes can be made in ‘3. Delivery Options’.
WHAT DO I DO IF AN ITEM I WANT TO ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK?
We do regular stock checks to ensure that we maintain correct stock information on the site. If an item that you would like to order seems to be out of stock by mistake please let us know by emailing
firstname.lastname@example.org We will then check the stock level of this product and let you know whether the item is available for purchase.
If the item is available then we will put the item back into stock on the website while you are speaking to us and let you know how to add the product to your basket.
Some of the teas we buy are extremely rare and are only ever available in extremely limited quantities. Where this is the case, once we run out of stock, we are unable to source a replacement until the next season in which that tea produced. For these teas we recommend signing up to our newsletter to receive the latest news on rare tea launches.
We stock a certain number of teas for domestic shipping in the US, UK, Italy and Germany. Our main stock office is in China. If you are in one of the above mentioned countries and there is no stock available in that country’s stock office, we are happy to ship directly from China to you, just please email us your address and exact order to email@example.com
Do you have a retail storefront?
We have a retail store front in the largest tea market in Yunnan Province. If you will come to Kunming, Yunnan please let us know and we invite you for a cup of tea. We do not have a Wild Tea Qi storefront in the US. You can purchase directly from our Web site or from coffee shops and select food stores.

Unless otherwise specified, our teas are packaged in a foil-lined bag.
