*250 Fresh lotus root
*2 Teaspoon Tea Oil or Olive Oil
*2 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
*20g Infused Artisan Yunnan Longjing Green Tea Leaves
1. Brew Artisan Yunnan Longjing Green Tea
2. Save the tea liquid for drinking, take out infused tea leaves for cooking
3. Heat 2 Teaspoon tea oil or Olive oil
4. Add 250g lotus root + 2 Teaspoon Soy Sauce stir-fry until lotus gets soft
6. Add 20g infused Artisan Yunnan Longjing Green Tea leaves
8. Slow cook 30 seconds
