*1 Teaspoon Tea Oil or Olive Oil
*2g Fresh Chopped Ginger
*2g Garlic
*250g Pumpkin
*2 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
*10g Goji Berries
*20g Infused Artisan Yunnan Longjing Green Tea Leaves
1. Brew Artisan Yunnan Longjing Green Tea
2. Save the tea liquid for drinking, take out infused tea leaves for cooking
3. Heat 1 Teaspoon tea oil or Olive oil
4. Add 2g ginger + 2g Garlic to the pan fry with oil few seconds
5. Add 250g pumpkin to th pan + 2 teaspoon soy sauce
6. Slow cook 5~10 mins until the pumpkin gets soft
7. Add 10g Goji Berries + 20g infused Artisan Yunnan Longjing Green Tea leaves
8. Slow cook 2 mins
9. Serve the pumpkin with infused Artisan Yunnan Longjing Green tea leaves
